Sorella of May Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note:

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Buyers are responsible for the item until it arrives back to us — we strongly recommend using tracked shipping to avoid any issues.

Hygiene Note (Earrings)

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings, unless the item is deemed faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@sorellaofmay.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
If the item is deemed faulty, we’ll happily offer you a replacement or refund.

Please note:
Faults do not include general wear and tear, tarnishing due to improper care, or damage caused by misuse, nor damage caused during shipping.

Sale Items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges

To ensure you get the item you want, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item (if eligible).

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
